I don’t even know where to start. We couldn’t have made it through the home buying process without Natasha, we definitely would’ve backed up out. I was 8 months pregnant when we started our home buying process. I was given Natasha’s number by a co-worker, I texted her and she answered right away. We set up a time to meet and she had us fill out some papers and asked us exactly what we wanted. Within that meeting she also told us what to expect when buying a home! We got a checklist, figured out our budget, and started searching. She started sending me houses almost right after she left! I was so surprised to see that payed attention to exactly what we wanted!!!! It wasn’t long before we were out looking. We only looked at 3 places before we put in an offer and it got accepted! We weren’t even the highest bid but Natasha worked her magic with the offer, and paying attention to what the seller wanted within the offer. She did not pressure us to buy something out of our budget, and we still got everything we wanted. She was so patient with us since it was our first time, she answers in record timing, calls with updates when your offer does get accept, and talks you through everything. Natasha is the sweetest person you will ever meet, her personality is amazing, and she’s extremely down to earth. I’d recommended her to everyone!
